Shippers focusing on cost reduction, carriers on market expansion.

While “cost reduction” topped the list of strategic priorities for 2025 among shippers, being selected by 76% of the respondents, "market expansion" leads the way for carriers and 3PLs, with 50% of respondents prioritising it. “Supply chain digitisation” and “Sustainability initiatives” placed second and third, respectively, for both supply chain parties.
