With Network Insights, users can easily configure and explore transportation data from various perspectives and gain valuable insights into their operations. The product also supports standardised data export, so Transporeon customers can use it for their own tailored analytics and reporting.

What has changed?

The current version of Network Insights has been gaining significant traction among our shipper customers since it launched more than a year ago. It has delivered essential insights to the transportation industry, helping track performance and optimise operations. With the next generation, we are extending Network Insights to our retail customers.

As data complexity increases and our customers seek to balance cost with service quality, the demand for more advanced insights and better analysis tools is greater than ever. While the current version has been valuable, it has some shortcomings, particularly in usability and performance, which the next-generation version directly addresses. As the next-generation Network Insights is rolled out this autumn, the old version will soon become obsolete and is expected to be terminated by the end of the year.

The revamped version of Network Insights offers several enhancements, including access to more historical data, the option to download standard data from the platform, and improved visualisation options. The most noticeable difference is the revamped user interface, which provides better navigation and data analysis capabilities. Many of the familiar dashboards from the old version have been recreated, with a few new ones added in. The table below provides a high-level overview of the main changes.
