Against the backdrop of recent global crises, the economic importance of the logistics industry has become more apparent than ever. To maintain strength and resilience, it’s important for the industry to focus on innovation. This session will explore how companies in the logistics sector are handling innovation, both from the perspectives of various service providers and from customers in the retail sector. We’ll share a collection of short presentations and then host an open discussion to find out what will happen to the status quo.
