Anne Panther, renowned referee in Germany's Basketball Bundesliga, will be the keynote speaker at Transporeon Summit 2024. What is the registration fee?
499 EUR regular rate, from April 8 to  September 8, 2024
599 EUR late registration rate, from September 9 to September 17, 2024
Are you offering group rates this year?
If you register three or more people from the same company, at the same time, you will receive a discount of 100,00 EUR, per person. 

To get a group discount email us at [email protected], stating the number of tickets you require. You will then receive a dedicated group discount code via email. 
Note: You must register everyone at the same time on https://www.transporeon.com/tpsummit. 
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to June 30 you will receive a 100% refund.
From July 1 there are no refunds.
Please note that refunds can’t be done on our website. You need to email the events team via [email protected].

What does my registration fee include?
Two days of sessions, materials, networking and events. Summit offers access to over 30 educational sessions hosted by Transporeon and industry experts, so there is no shortage of content available.

It also includes:
 
  • All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and evening entertainment.
  • Industry and business speakers, and access to a Partner Pavilion packed with over 20 exhibiting partners.

Note: Fee does not include airfare, accommodation, travel fees or transportation.

How can I pay for my registration?
You will be redirected to the payment page after filling out the form. You will also receive an email with the payment link.

Will I receive a receipt for my registration fees?
Your confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you cannot locate your confirmation email and need it to be re-sent, please email [email protected].
Is there a dress code?
Business casual. There are no outdoor events, so you can dress to impress for the evening events!
